Terms of Service

1. Service description

Fiscaliq provides computational tax analysis and workflow tools for multiple jurisdictions. Outputs are indicative and depend on the accuracy and completeness of data you supply.

2. Not tax, legal, or accounting advice

Fiscaliq is not a tax advisor, accountant, or law firm. You must have outputs reviewed by a qualified professional before filing or relying on them for compliance decisions.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of inputs (including CSV/PDF-derived data), for maintaining the security of your credentials, and for ensuring that any API keys you provide are read-only and minimally scoped.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fiscaliq and its operators disclaim liability for indirect or consequential losses, and for any loss arising from reliance on software outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the platform in breach of technical limits, or use the service for unlawful purposes. Account sharing that breaches your plan terms is prohibited.

6. Data ownership & licence

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display your data solely to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion rights.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship by closing your account. You may request erasure of personal data subject to statutory retention for tax records.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
